About APMZINC Zn SULF – 12 %

Zinc EDTA is a major influence in chlorophyll formation, photosynthesis, metabolic and energy processes because of its active ingredient – zinc. Zinc is an activator of oxidizing enzymes and is essential for the synthesis of important growth hormones. Zinc deficiencies can be easily rectified by using Zinc EDTA. Zinc EDTA, being in chelated form, not only enables optimum utilization of zinc but also ensures complete availability of the zinc to the plant without fixation in the soil. It improves the use efficiency of NPK applied. Zinc EDTA is easily absorbed by plants in all weather conditions and soils and is completely soluble in water. Zinc EDTA is ideal to apply in fertigation along with other nutrients (water soluble fertilizers).

Benefits:

  • Zinc EDTA available to plant systems very quickly. This is in contrast with Zinc from other sources which makes Zinc available very slowly because a large quantity of such Zinc will be fixed in the soil.
  • Chelated Zinc does not scorch the leaves but helps in better utilization of other nutrients.
  • In High pH conditions, zinc from other sources may not be available to plant. Zinc EDTA is versatile since it can be used for all crops and all kinds of soil.

Recommendations

  • Soil application: Mix 500g of Zn 12% with 10 kg soil and apply uniformly on one acre.
  • Foliar Application: Dissolve 100 g of Zn12% in 150-200 liters of water and spray over one acre of standing crop.
  • Fertigation:500 g per acre and can be mixed with a water-soluble fertilizer for its application. Recommended on all agricultural and horticultural crops etc.
